At The Boeing Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of aviation-inspired gear and apparel. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
